Privacy Policy

AMBIAKSHI TECHNOLOGY LLC ("Ambiakshi", "we", "us", "our"), a Florida limited liability company, publishes the mobile applications and games Digitle, VectoShift and PromptCraft AI. This policy explains what information the apps and web versions handle, who receives it, and the choices you have.
- No account, sign-in, name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location is collected by our apps.
- Game progress and settings stay locally on your device.
- Digitle version 1.0 does not show ads, does not use the advertising ID, and does not collect analytics.
- Where native apps (VectoShift, PromptCraft AI) show ads through Google AdMob, you are asked for consent first where required by law and can change your choice in Settings.
- Anonymous usage analytics and crash reports for native apps go to Google Firebase, strictly in line with your consent choice.
- PromptCraft AI has optional features that use the camera, microphone, and Google Gemini, detailed in section 6.
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
Web versions (PWAs)
Our web applications and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) available at mobile.ambiakshi.com, digitle-game.vercel.app, vectoshift.vercel.app, and promptcraft-mobile.vercel.app operate with a direct privacy-first design:
- Local on-device storage: Game progress, win streaks, guess telemetry, interface preferences, and PromptCraft AI scripts are saved exclusively in your browser's HTML5
localStorage. Ambiakshi operates no cloud accounts or remote user databases; this information stays on your device, except script text you choose to send to Google Gemini (using your own API key) when you tap Generate. - No web advertising: The web versions do not display third-party advertisements or commercial banners.
- No web analytics or tracking: The web versions do not use third-party analytics trackers, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Camera and microphone (PromptCraft AI): The front camera feed is rendered client-side on your screen as a mirror only and is never recorded, saved, or uploaded. Voice tracking uses your browser's built-in speech recognition (in Chrome this is processed by Google's speech service). PromptCraft AI does not record your audio or send it to our servers. Optional AI script generation transmits text directly to the Google Gemini API over encrypted HTTPS only when you explicitly click generate.

AMBIAKSHI TECHNOLOGY LLC does not run its own user database for these apps. Data described above is received and processed by Google as a service provider or, for advertising, under Google's own terms.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Where native apps (VectoShift, PromptCraft AI) display ads, they are served by the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). To deliver ads, Google receives your Android advertising ID, IP address, device and operating-system information, and information about how you interact with ads. Google uses this to deliver ads, cap frequency, measure performance, and detect invalid traffic. Depending on your consent choices and location, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

3. Your consent choices (GDPR, UK GDPR and US state privacy laws)
We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent where required by law, including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and to offer privacy choices to residents of US states (such as California). Until consent is provided, the apps do not request personalized ads.
- Change your choice at any time: Open the app's Settings and choose "Privacy Choices" or similar consent options.
- Reset or delete advertising ID: Android: Settings → Google (or Privacy) → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID".
- US residents: We do not sell personal information for monetary value. Opt out of targeted ad sharing through the in-app privacy choice above.
4. Analytics and crash reporting (Google Firebase)
For VectoShift and PromptCraft AI native builds, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics receive a random app-instance identifier, device and OS diagnostics, and crash traces to help us resolve software bugs. Collection is disabled by default and activated only in accordance with your consent preferences. No personal names, emails, or identifying account records are transmitted. 5. PromptCraft AI: camera, microphone and AI script builder
The front camera is displayed on your screen as a mirror so you can maintain eye contact during rehearsals. Images and video are processed in local volatile memory only and are never recorded, saved, uploaded, or shared.
When voice tracking is enabled, the app utilizes your device's built-in speech-recognition service to scroll the script with your voice. AMBIAKSHI TECHNOLOGY LLC does not record or store your speech audio. Only local pacing metrics (such as words per minute) are stored locally on your device.
When using the AI script generator, user-entered key points are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS to the Google Gemini API to produce your rehearsal draft. We do not persist this prompt text on our servers. See Gemini API Terms.
6. Data stored on your device and deleting it
Game progress, streaks, scores, settings, and PromptCraft AI scripts are saved locally on your device. You can erase them at any time by clearing your browser cache/cookies, using the in-app reset button, clearing app storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling the app. Because we maintain no user accounts, we cannot access or restore local data.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and applicable US state privacy laws, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Because our apps do not require accounts or store personal identifiers, most device-level data can be managed directly through your Android device settings or browser storage controls. Contact us for any questions regarding your privacy rights.
8. Children
Our apps and web tools are designed for general audiences aged 13 and older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us and we will assist in deleting relevant device records.
9. Security and international transfers
All communications between client devices and third-party service APIs (Google AdMob, Firebase, Gemini) travel over secure, encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections under Google's enterprise security infrastructure.
10. Changes to this policy
If we update our privacy practices or introduce new app features, we will revise this page and update the effective date. Please review this page periodically.
